Filing a Counter-Notice

Repeat Infringers

Emsubtitles.com reserves the right to terminate user accounts or access for repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA and applicable copyright laws.

False Claims

Submitting a false DMCA claim or counter-notice can result in legal penalties. You may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorney’s fees) if you knowingly make false claims about material infringing your copyright.
